How Long Does a Personalized Fake Certificate Order Take?

When you order a personalized fake diploma certificate, allow more than print time for proof preparation, any changes, production and delivery. ND Center’s FAQ lists a 8–12 business day standard completion estimate, and there’s a rush option advertized at under three days.

A birthday gift is short-lived. A retirement party or a rehearsal for a play, has a deadline. Knowing what happens between submitting your wording and getting the certificate makes planning a whole lot easier.

Personalized Certificate Order

1. Set the proof: begin with clear directions

You get to see how the certificate will look before you select the finished design, thanks to the proof. If it is a novelty fake diploma gift, write on the recipient’s name, a fictional award title, a short message and the date of the presentation. “Something funny for my uncle” is not a great starting point for a designer, but “Champion of the Sunday Barbecue” is much better.

Send your wording in one message where possible. If the recipient has a nickname, specify if that should be on the certificate. Write dates in words too: “12 October 2026” avoids the ambiguity of a numeric date. Need help deciding what to put? Read our guide on how to make a novelty fake certificate without complicating it.

2. Revisions: read through it all at once

It is surprisingly easy to appreciate a design and overlook a misspelled name. Open the proof to a comfortable size and read every line. Don’t rely on your memory, check the wording against your original instructions. Then consider spacing and overall balance. If something needs changing, send in a numbered list. For example:

1. Change Sam to Samantha.
2. Edit message to “For always bringing everyone together.”
3. Change date of presentation to 12 October 2026.

Separate messages might muddle the final commands. Save a copy of the version you approve and ask whether there will be another proof after your changes.

3. Printing: approval is an important checkpoint

A proof in your inbox does not mean the parcel is ready to ship. Give your approval only when you are happy with the wording and layout. If you need to make a last-minute change once production has started it may involve extra work so be sure to ask what the impact will be before you ask for it. If you have a deadline-sensitive order, ask when the certificate or transcript order is expected to be finished and when the parcel is supposed to be handed to the courier.

4. Shipping: plan for arrival

Your delivery address is just as important as the date of your event. Check the postcode, building number and details of any apartment or suite If the certificate is going to someone else, make sure they can receive it. When tracking is available, please track the shipment. Don’t rush to get the certificate and hand it over the same afternoon; leave some breathing room before the occasion. A practical example: a present for a retirement party. Suppose Maya wants a “Master of Monday Morning Morale” certificate for her colleague’s retirement party.

Before placing an order, she sends the event date and delivery postcode and asks for an arrival estimate. She prepares the wording in advance, checks the proof quickly and sends in any corrections at the same time. Her plan allows time to inspect and frame the certificate before the party. This is an example of planning, not a delivery schedule that is promised.
