Don’t rely on your memory, check the wording against your original instructions. Then consider spacing and overall balance. If something needs changing, send in a numbered list. For example:
1. Change Sam to Samantha.
2. Edit message to “For always bringing everyone together.”
3. Change date of presentation to 12 October 2026.
Separate messages might muddle the final commands. Save a copy of the version you approve and ask whether there will be another proof after your changes.

4. Shipping: plan for arrival
Your delivery address is just as important as the date of your event.
